Yk when ur in ur wonderland and instead of seeing from above/side or wherever, you put urself in ur body to be physically there and it helps a lot, seeing through ur bodys eyes in the inner. Well what if you did that with a tulpa when ur parroting? Would that be good or bad? Would it help or not?(edited)
what is more important than just talking while parroting is getting the feel of your tulpa and feeing their presence, there is a simple exercise that could help you with this i shared some time ago
What if you imagine a literal government thats managing your body and treat it as if its a Tulpa

*dæmon
You could argue that I as my group of clones are the government of our wonderland, which represents our mind. While I do like to pay attention to the body and its needs, I am more mind oriented.
I am not a cobud, I am a dæmon. I represent the unconscious mind (symbolically) and I allow Ranger and Gray to influence me(edited)
I don't think it is? But I can't say for sure.
I do know there's a line between cultural exchange and racist use of language and then cultural appropriation. Tulpa sits in the middle, but dæmon? I'm not sure
A representative of the unconscious mind who doesn't mind being influenced I would personally consider a dæmon. The original plural use of dæmon comes from His dark materials

Cosym?

Or Symbl

A symcreator

For a random obscure work I like Symbl

Actually, dæmon does have the problem of looking like demon. And I have to explain what it means every time anywho.
I'll switch to symbl because why not
im saying it because of like, i heard that in early stages of creating a tulpa you have to focus to hear the tulpa
And when im focusing i can hear the tulpa speaking? Or could it just be intense roleplaying

so intense the roleplaying starts feeling actually legit and then you start thinking where your own thoughts come from in the first place

you can intentionally sort incoming thoughts into "my tulpa said this" and it can be very helpful for their development. Focusing on something that doesn't already exist may be detrimental

secret: tulpamancy is intense roleplaying (half serious)

I would prefer it if Gray and Ranger wonderlanded with me, but there are therapy bariers- Ranger has a negative association with wonderlanding. Oddly, roleplaying with others in our wonderland is fine? It's very strange.
Thus, I have been roleplaying with others lately.
Otherwise, I would join Gray and Ranger on their therapy work journies because I'm not a completely separate person. It's strange I have been doing my own...
So in short, this is a weird time to answer this question because me being as active as I am is the exception and not the norm

I mean, same way you focus on someone speaking to hear what they're saying. It's nothing special or intense. I was accidentally created by trying to explore the existence of Gods or ghosts or whatever else could hear thoughts being projected. Just speak with the intent that eventually, someone will respond, and all will be good

As an dæmon, what do you usually do?

Im not sure if its possible, but is it okay to talk it out? Just like you and Ranger, probably with the others too, and talk calmly about it (i have no idea what im saying)

I don’t do visualizing too much, but I do have issues occasionally. I’m not sure if it's ADHD related, though. I just know that I struggle to control visuals (ie. if I’m visualising myself in the third person like I was looking through a camera, sometimes I struggle to control the POV and the image might jitter). Now that I think about it, I probably should start visualizing more.

Whenever I do have issues with controlling the visual, I have to basically put a second image in my head of what I want to see. The previous image is usually still there, but I focus on the stable one.
I have a general question. I kinda have noticed most tulpamancers are somewhat mentally unwell. Are any of you guys mentally healthy and successful in your real life?(edited)

I've got 5 mental illnesses/conditions and i'm looking for an assessment in a 6th
I'm not offended by the term 'mentally unwell' because that's what i am. I'm struggling, and i'm not doing well.

I’m somewhat mentally healthy and successful (I guess), so yes. You might offend some people with the term "mentally unwell," though.
I didn't meant to offend. It's just it's hard for me to imagine someone who has their shit together to be in this community, say an engineer or a doctor.
i'd say im not depressed anymore but i get slight dips about once a week definitely better than 10 years ago

Give me ten or so years and i'll be a linguist or something /hj
